Three-Year Biological Peace-of-Mind Warranty
At Denturly, we know that choosing full mouth dental implants is a life-changing decision and a significant investment in your health and confidence. While we deliver the highest standards of care, it’s important to understand that the future biology of any individual patient cannot be guaranteed beyond the point of their initial assessment.
As we age, certain systemic health conditions — such as diabetes, osteoporosis, or other medical issues — may arise that can affect the long-term biomechanical integrity of dental implants. This is why it is essential to inform us of any changes to your overall health at each annual maintenance appointment.
To give you extra reassurance, we provide a three-year biological peace-of-mind warranty. If further surgery is required or an implant needs to be revised within this three-year period, it will be carried out free of charge.
Outside of the biological warranty, surgery will be offered on a fee basis. In some circumstances, we may recommend against further surgery if it is not in your best clinical interest.
Three-Year Mechanical Warranty
We take pride in the durability, precision, and comfort of our implant prosthetics. All of our full arch restorations are carefully crafted using high-quality materials and techniques designed to provide long-term reliability and performance.
Denturly offers a three-year mechanical warranty on our prosthetic work, covering repairs or replacements in the unlikely event of mechanical failure within this period.
Our restorations may be constructed using a titanium subframe bonded to milled PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) for strength, comfort, and shock absorption, or zirconia for exceptional aesthetics and durability. Each material is selected based on your individual needs, clinical requirements, and personal preferences.
Just like natural teeth, all dental prosthetics can experience gradual wear over time. A wear rate similar to natural teeth — around 1–2 mm per decade — is considered clinically acceptable and typically does not affect the health of the implants or bone.
We use design features that help protect the underlying structure and implants, ensuring that, in the rare event of extreme biting forces, any damage is limited to replaceable parts rather than the supporting framework. Our material choices and design protocols are based on extensive clinical experience, with the goal of giving you a restoration that not only looks and feels like natural teeth but also delivers lasting performance.
