I only need one or two teeth?

What if I have bone loss / gum disease / periodontal disease?
Many patients worry they aren’t suitable for implants because of bone loss or gum disease. At Denturly, our advanced implant techniques often eliminate the need for bone grafting, even in cases of significant bone loss. If you have gum or periodontal disease, we’ll first ensure your mouth is healthy and stable before proceeding with treatment. In most cases, you can still be a candidate for dental implants, and we’ll create a personalised plan to restore your smile.
Do you put me to sleep during the surgery?
Most dental implant surgeries are carried out under local anaesthetic, which means you’ll be awake but completely numb in the treatment area.
